The best and worst parts
The view from my room was simply breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Each morning started off right with a delightful breakfast that fueled my adventures.
Unfortunately , the noise from passing trains was quite disruptive throughout the night. Also, it was frustrating that the elevator was out of service during my stay.

The stay was highlighted by a spacious room that offered a breathtaking view and was impeccably clean. Staff provided exceptional service, keeping our luggage safe while we explored. Breakfast was a delight, featuring numerous options, including grilled meat, set in a great location just steps from transport stations. However, there were issues too. the elevator was out of order, and there were maintenance concerns, including leaks during rain. These detracted somewhat from the overall experience.

The room was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains, and we had such a relaxing soak in the spa’s hot tub after a long day. It's a great spot to unwind with a massage or some sauna time. Just a heads up, you need to remember to lock the door properly to avoid any surprises! 😊

Best stay during our trip!
We had a fab time here! The staff were super nice and helped us out a ton when we were stuck. Elba, the front desk manager, was always updating us, and Julio even helped us get on the train. Plus, the views from the restaurant were awesome, and breakfast was delish! The only thing was, the rooms could've been a bit bigger.
